Fantastic Location, Clean Room, and Great Staff!

The location was perfect. I could walk to all the attractions. The staff were friendly and super helpful. They really were great! I also appreciated the big fridge. It was so convenient for storing drinks and snacks.
Hauling my luggage up the stairs was not fun!

This location is very close to the city center. It provides convenient access. You can walk to the termini train station in under five minutes, a great plus for transportation. There are restaurants right outside the door!

the staff was lovely. the location was amazing, i could get everywhere within and outside the city very easily (it was really convenient). the apartment itself was also very spacious. a big fridge was present in the room too.
the blankets on the bed were not heavy. i could be cold in the room with a heater that was older than dirt. the room walls were thin (i could hear everything). i could hear everything outside.

I was thrilled with the location, so close to the train station. clear and concise instructions made my after-hours arrival simple. the room was a great size and i really liked it was clean. i found many food and shopping choices nearby. Getting both food and souvenirs at 8 p.m. was convenient.
the street outside the main entrance looked a bit sketchy at night due to garbage.

I saw numerous restaurants and diverse ethnic food spots. Culinary diversity was definitely available. there were many options for late-night meals near the hotel, i found this very helpful.

The staff offered excellent customer service, they were helpful and very friendly. my room was cleaned and tidied daily. This kept everything fresh and comfortable throughout my stay. air conditioning worked effectively and it cooled the room quickly.

unsafe surrounding areafoul room smell
The surrounding streets felt unsafe, a concerning aspect. Homeless individuals loitered near the entrance. I detected a urine odor, and the room emitted a foul smell. A more thorough cleaning schedule would fix this.
